The Fifth International Congress of Cardionephrology will be held from September 17 to 19, 2021 in Pirot, organized by the Association for Cardionephrology of Serbia.
The Congress is accredited for physicians, pharmacists and biochemists with the following number of points:
1. Passive participation: 10
2. Active participation (poster presentation): 11
3. For oral presentation: 13
4. Invited lecturers: 15
Your presence and participation in Congress requires you to register
Registration of Congress participants is possible with the payment of registration fees:
-For researchers, doctoral students and specialists who are not employed (with adequate proof), the registration fee is 50 EUR (60 USD) until 31.07.2021, and after that deadline it is 70 EUR (85 USD).
-For other participants (group of 10 and more) the registration fee is 70 EUR (85 USD) until 31.07.2021, and after that deadline it is 100 EUR (120 USD).
-Individual registration fees until 31.7.2021. are 100 EUR (120 USD), and after that deadline is 150 EUR (180 USD).
Payment of registration fees
Registration fees should be paid to the account of the Association for Cardionephrology of Serbia.

Notes:
1. On the payment slip, leave the model field blank and enter the license number or registration number in the reference number field.
2. If you have not been a member of the Association so far - register and join the Association for Cardionephrology of Serbia. You hereby acquire the right to actively participate in the work of the Association, attend the Assembly of the Association, propose and elect members of the Presidency.
Membership is free and application is submitted online.
