Abstracts - KARNEF 2019

 

Please, read carefully the instructions for preparing the papers below.

All abstracts should be sent only via email to the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . As a subject of your email please name the first and last name of the author as well as the name of the institution that he/she works for. Your paper (MS Word for Windows format) should be attached to the email. The page size should be A4 (210x297 mm), with left and right margins of 3 cm, orientation "Portrait". Font Arial, font size 10 (without exception for titles and similar).

 

Authors may decide for one of the following thematic units:

 

 1. The current aspects and the future of the Cardionephrology with us and worldwide

 2. Cardionephrology in everyday clinical practice (case reports)

 3. Innovations in the diagnosis and in the treatments of combined heart and kidney diseases (clinical and experimental research)

 4. Heart and dialysis

 5. Cardiovascular complications in kidney transplant recipients

 6. Diabetes, obesity, and cardiorenal damages

 7. Cardio-Pulmonary-Renal Interactions

 8. Water and electrolyte balance disorders in combined heart and kidneys diseases

 9. The role of hypertension in the development and progression of cardiorenal damages

 10. Medical chemistry - potential new agents for the treatment of combined heart and kidneys diseases

 11. Experimental cardionephrology

 

First page:

 

First name, last name, name and address of institution, contact address, telephone number and email address of the author.

First names, last names, names of institutions (including addresses) of coauthors.

Thematic unit and its number

 Title of the paper - abstract, in English

 Important: In the title DO NOT use abbreviations, unless it is absolutely necessary.

 Second page:

 Title of the paper - abstract, in English

 Abstract - in English

 Important: DO NOT put the names of author, coauthors and institutions. As far as abbreviations are concerned, spell out the term on first mention, and follow it with the abbreviated form in parentheses. Thereafter, use the abbreviated form. Use SI (Systeme Internationale) units whenever possible.

 An abstract should contain at most 30 lines and should be divided into following subsections:

 Introduction

 Patients and methods

 Results

 Conclusion

 All abstracts will be revised and only those accepted by revisers will be printed and accepted for poster presentation at symposium.
